For those who wish to develop self-care practices they can use in everyday life.

THE EXPERIENCE: You will learn energy-based techniques like EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and TFT (Thought Field Therapy) that help shift emotional and thought patterns by gently tapping on acupressure points while bringing awareness to specific emotions, memories, or stress responses.

  • Please think about the issues that are affecting your well-being and you want to focus on in the session.

    Examples: Illnesses, pain, stress, anger, worries, sadness, negative memories or thoughts, etc.

    If you are receiving the session online, please make sure you have a private space, an access to Zoom, and have a headphone or earbuds with microphone and audio to be able to communicate.

  • We will begin by you briefly sharing about yourself and what you want work on during the session.

  • You will be introduced to the energy-based tools such as Emotional Freedom Technique, Thought Field Therapy and others. We will practice the using those tools so that you will feel comfortable using them on your own.

  • Briefly reflect on the session.

    Pay attention to any thoughts, emotions, or insights that may arise after the session. Practice using the tools you learned.
