THE EXPERIENCE: Using approaches such as hypnosis, past-life regression, and guided imagery, you enter a deeply relaxed state of awareness and connect with the soul’s memories that lie at the root of your current concerns.

Through dialogue, this process supports you in discovering the answers and healing that already exist within you. You remain fully able to speak, feel, and make choices throughout the session, moving forward at your own pace.

  • You will be sent email instructions that ask you to think about your intention for the session in advance. You will also be asked to reflect on your life and identify issues you are most curious about, which we may explore during the session. For Zoom sessions, I will encourage you to prepare for our meeting in advance by creating a private space, setting your computer and headphones, etc.

  • We will begin by you sharing about yourself, your intention for the session and your questions. You can also ask any questions about the session. If this is the first session, this part may take about 30-40 minutes.

  • You will move to a massage table/couch/bed where you can begin to quiet your mind and relax your body with guidance. You’ll remain aware of your surroundings and will be able to describe what you are imagining, sensing or visualizing—much like having a conversation while daydreaming. During this time, you will explore your memories, be in touch with your emotions, or may connect with important figures in your life. This part may take 70-80 minutes.

  • After the session, we will spend a few minutes to reflect on your experience and be grounded before you leave the room.
