MONTHLY REST & RENEWAL SESSIONS
A space for those who care for others.
When you spend much of your life supporting, listening to, and caring for others, it can be easy to put your own needs aside.
These monthly sessions offer a gentle space to pause, breathe, and receive.
Through guided relaxation, energy-based practices, and other supportive techniques, you are invited to step away from your daily responsibilities and reconnect with yourself.
These sessions are offered on a donation basis as a way of making restorative care more accessible to those in the helping professions and caregivers (paid or unpaid).
Who is this for?
These sessions are for people who care for, support, or serve others, including:
Therapists and counselors
Social workers
Healthcare professionals
Caregivers (paid or unpaid)
Helping professionals and support workers
Educators
First responders
Spiritual care providers and ministers
Others in caring and service-oriented professions
What can I expect?
Each monthly Rest & Renewal session offers a gentle opportunity to slow down, pause, and reconnect with yourself.
You may choose from:
Healing Touch — a gentle, non-invasive energy-based practice, allowing you to relax and simply receive.
EFT/TFT Tapping — a simple self-care practice where you’ll be gently guided to tap on yourself while focusing on thoughts, feelings, or sensations.
Mini Hypnosis— a brief guided experience using hypnosis and imagery to support relaxation and inner awareness.
Each session is designed to give you space to step away from your everyday responsibilities and take a little time for yourself.
